MAD Rescue Transports Hundreds of Dogs to New Homes

Who is MAD Rescue?

Mission Statement
Malinois and Dutch Shepherd Rescue, Inc. (MAD) is an official 501(c)3 non-profit organization which is dedicated to rescuing Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherds who have found themselves without a home (surrendered, discarded, abused, neglected or impounded). MAD does not have a physical location and is operated by compassionate, like-minded professionals who volunteer their time and resources to help save and care for the Malinois and Dutch Shepherds. All animals that are accepted by MAD are spayed or neutered, given medical attention and rehabilitation, as needed, and placed with foster homes until their health and evaluations are completed and they are ready to be placed in their loving permanent homes.

What Does MAD Rescue Do?

Accepts Dogs from Owners and Shelters

We work with owner surrenders and animal shelters across the country to evaluate and move dogs in to our program.

Find Foster Homes for Unwanted and Neglected Dogs

MAD Rescue evaluates potential foster families and homeless and neglected dogs to find the best match between the dog and the foster. We strive to find the best match that will allow the animal to thrive, setting it up for the best chance at a successful long term placement.

Identify Qualified Adoptive Homes

MAD accepts applications from families across the country. We review applicant qualifications and work to make the perfect match between a MAD Rescue dog and the adoptive family or person. Our goal is to group our MAD Rescue family and to find an amazing forever home for the dog's in our care.

Medical  Rehabilitation and Treatment

MAD Rescue makes sure that each dog is medically treated and fully updated on all required preventative services.
